Hi, I’m Nailah Blades Wylie. I’m a Life & Leadership Coach who helps leaders tap into their power and build lives that are whole, good, and full of possibility.
Through high touch coaching that integrates the outdoors, I teach my clients how to go from feeling invisible to imitable in every area of their lives.
My work centers on my belief that when we stand in the truth of our authentic selves, we can live and lead in a way that creates real change in our world.
And the secret is you can do all of that, joyfully.
Let me teach you how.
Work With Me
Speaking & Workshops
We all have our unique leadership style, but sometimes it takes an external partner to help you access it. I partner with organizations & brands to deliver engaging content that motivates audiences to tap into their power and move past the obstacles that are holding them back in life and at work.
Coaching
Every Coach has an ideal pocket of people to serve. My primo people? High achieving, entrepreneurial women who are mired in the muck of burnout and boredom and know in their core that life could feel so much more expansive and light.
Community
Community is our lifeblood. I created the community at Color Outside to help Black, Indigenous and women of color harness the power of outdoor adventure to create JOY-filled, balanced lives through coaching, workshops, & one of a kind experiences.
Testimonials
I wasn’t taking any time for myself. Giving, giving, giving to everyone around me & not refilling my cup. I was really burnt out and feeling disconnected. It was powerful having someone who was willing to listen and then hold me accountable to what I said I was going to do for myself.
Nailah was a wonderful instructor and I’m so grateful to have gone through this training with her. She was knowledgeable and patient, and created a safe space for us to learn. She did a great job of injecting fun into the process while being professional.
For anyone wondering if they should attend a retreat, I’d say: ‘Girl, you should go.’ I would highly recommend attending a Color Outside retreat, and it is just an excellent investment in yourself. It’s an excellent investment in your goals.
The Inclusion in Adventure Travel session was perhaps the best conference session I have ever attended in my life—the honesty, transparency, vulnerability, pride of each panelist in sharing their stories and engaging with audience members about difficult topics. It’s almost two weeks later, and I still can’t stop thinking about it.
